TOPIC: Self-sufficiency, total pleasure fulfillment, and being in control are illusions that all religious traditions attempt to transform into truth and compassion. These illusions also have a direct correlation to the traditional monastic vows of poverty, chastity and obedience, which are archetypal responses to those same illusions. This workshop presents the vows as useful and accessible for all men and women on the journey, and especially those who profess these vows publicly.
